We arrived late evening due to delayed flights and were welcomed so warmly by the lady on reception and a warm fire in reception. We were staying for 5 nights and were upgraded to a queen suite with views and wow did that make our stay extra special, seeing those views the next morning was breathtaking and the suite was large and comfortable. The bed was lovely and comfy, the walk in shower was great and the whole hotel was spotless clean. We enjoyed some amazing food in the hotel restaurant both for breakfast and dinner, would certainly recommend eating there. Our stay was outstanding.

Unique Tasmanian artwork is featured throughout the property and each room has either a mountain or garden view. It was so fancy and luxurious. It was the perfect blend of modern and the old/original building. And the bathroom was incredible!! The staff were amazing too and would get us literally anything we asked for.

All three bedrooms were a great size and the lounge room was a perfect size. All of the facilities were more than needed and the off street parking was a god-send. We couldn't get the flame heater to work, but the reverse cycle was great to take the heat off on a chilly night.
