Excellent hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nice restaurant downstairs We particularly liked the system where one can get 8$ restaurant voucher when you opt out of the daily cleaning.

The personal attention from every staff member was outstanding. Location second to none and value for money excellent. Spacious room and well appointed.

Loved the suite overlooking the harbor. Very comfortable bed, nice sitting area. Motorized curtains. Coffee maker in the room with good coffee is always a plus for us. Love having a robe.

One sweet thing was that the four pillows on my bed were all different so I could choose which was best for me!

The location, slightly away from the centre of Hobart made it nice and quiet. The large walk in shower and bathroom stool made accessibility easy. It’s close to Elizabeth St with plenty of food options if the restaurant is not your thing. It’s well decorated. Comfy beds.

Spacious rooms with facilities for a longer stay. Lovely incorporated Cafe on Collins catered to our gastronomic delights even on Christmas Day! Will visit again.

The apartment was lovely, and the neighborhood was spectacular! Great views and easily walkable to Salamanca Market. It exceeded our expectations.

The staff are impeccable, particularly Pix, Gabby, Sarah, Kat and the kitchen crew. Meals are fantastic quality and value including options of half serves on larger dishes. Great veges and sauces that clearly aren't just "Maggi with a few peppercorns or mushroom" thrown in the microwave unlike many others. High pressure environment with several bars plus the bistro run on only a few employees who are always helpful and make this our "go to" after testing MANY CBD hotels. Transitional phase this month reducing focus on gaming to a a higher calibre gastropub environment has meant a few changes but staff consistently help make the venue welcoming. Queens Head lucky to have staff with such great attitudes to customer service, and a great kitchen, during these changes. Close to NoHo amenities and customer parking.

The hotel itself had an old world charm about it. So close to several cafes and restaurants.The beautiful battery point was at walkable distance. The staff were very kind and helpful. There were always ready to help us with recommendations about food and places to visit.
