The staff were very helpful, especially the front desk. Room was clean with a beautiful view. Overall we had a very nice experience.

The Square Street and The Waterwheel are both 5 minutes' walk away. Very clean, beautiful room, quiet, good location , near the modern shops and a little climbing to go in the center of the old town. Staff so helpful for booking tours, taxis and everything you can ask.

The guy at the front desk was beyond helpful with recommendations on where to eat and a map for the cable cars at the mountain. There was free laundry services at the hotel. Breakfast was also great. We had a table and two chairs outside our room which was lovely. The room itself was huge and had a couch area which was nice. We loved it here and would highly recommend.

We love the hotel ambiance, peaceful and cute. It was so zen. The owner can speak English and very accommodating. Her recommendation on food was excellent. The room is big, clean and full facilities.
