The accommodation is housed in a reconstructed half-timbered building from the 18th century. The individually designed apartments and rooms are fully equipped. Everything was perfect and way above our expectations. The historic buildings are wonderfully renovated, the room we got (standard) was spacious, nicely decorated, calm and facing the water. The location (in the center but a few meters away from the touristic areas) is absolutely perfect. The breakfast is really good and the restaurant (try to book in advance) is the best in the region. Above all, at all time, the staff was both professional and friendly (rare). We enjoyed every single minute of our stay and we will definitely come back - thanks a lot for everything !

This was a birthday trip and Frau Knabe went out of her way to make this a memorable trip, even providing a birthday gift with a personalized message. The apartment was beautifully designed, well equipped and came with comfortable mattresses. The location is superb and the courtyard setting delightful. We highly recommend the Spree Chalet apartments and would come back in a heartbeat if back in the area.
