Pools, restaurants, room service. Set menu restaurants were amazing. Plenty of food. Ice cream was of a good quality. Beach restaurant set menu was amazing, food was perfection. Plenty of pools. As a UK citizen, this is the quality I expect from 5 stars hotels.

Everything. 5 stars is an understatement for this resort. Staff are lovely and helpful. Room is outstanding. All facilities are on point.

My favourite hotel in Sahl Hasheesh, it is the only one that truly deserves 5 stars, the beach is beautiful, stuff incredibly helpful and food always delicious - make sure to try "catch of the day" it was my must everyday either for lunch, dinner or both! It was my third stay here and surely not the last one.

Warm, exclusive and luxury atmosphere with exceptional service from welcome to farewell. Broad range of well selected food and drinks, both for breakfast and dinner, including selection of wines and cocktails. Nicely structured and well maintained facilities, including room, restaurant, pools and club room. We‘ve been here for the second time and we will come back!

It was a holiday to remember . we had the most enchanting experience at Pickalbatros Blu Spa. From the moment we arrived , we were mesmerised from the luxury and grandeur of the reception especially Mr Sayed. The staff were friendly , the restaurants were offering the most mouthwatering food all the credits to chef Nasser and chef Sayed for the most delicious pizza , the pools were superb and the beach was brilliantly breathtaking. Our suite was out of this world . We truly recommend this spectacular hotel
