The rooms feature a private bathroom and a balcony. Nice hotel, close to the ski lift. We had a nice room with starting view from our balcony, looked like a fairytale on one of the snowy mornings. The breakfast was sufficient and fueled us up nicely before skiing. Location is great, you can walk or take bus to city Centre, though it’s technically in the Centre. The restaurant in the property is expensive but very good. I would definitely stay here again .

We spent a really nice time at the hotel. Staff were very helpful - originally we pre-booked a garage parking but on day they said there might be some free parking nearby and directed us with just cancelling the parking charge. That was quite nice and thoughtful! The room was quite nice and we really enjoyed the free entry to the spa area associated with our stay! The facilities around are very nice, with plenty of games, free coffee/water in the lobby. Breakfast buffet choice was also very nice. Overall much recommended!

Situated in a great location next to the ski lift, great for hiking in summer and ski in winter. WiFi is fast, staff is super friendly. We had a great time. The only one minor thing is when we arrived the floor was quite dirty and there was no toilet papers in all the bathroom, we walked with bare foot and our feet are all full of dirt after.

The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, seeing that every need of ours was taken care of…restaurant bookings, ski rentals, transportation, and mid-day pizzas by the spa just to name a few. Truly felt like family stepping into the property. Not to mention excellent ski facilities and proximity to the lifts. 5 star stay and we can’t wait to come back!
