Shuttle bus on demand was awesome, taking us to 2 different ski fields, or to the local supermarket, bus station, bag shipping place etc. All the staff were super nice. Breakfast was different each morning and was pretty good albeit a bit small on some days. The sliding doors within the suite meant it was almost like a 2 bed apartment when closed. Kitchen was good for cooking. USB chargers in the rooms. Communal area was cool, with its relaxing chairs and pool table. Super fast wifi.

The large windows at the on-site restaurant & bar allow guests to relax and enjoy the stunning panoramas of the Happo One Mountain by day and night, while listening to live music and warming up with Gluhwein mulled wine. Superb hospitality from Bernd and Naoko! The staff are welcoming just like the bosses. We love the beddings. Extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best served in hotels.
