The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions. The rooms are really well designed and super quiet. The bath tub is divine...very deep and perfect for soaking after walking all day. The location is perfect. Close to trains and easy to walk everywhere. The mall is 2 blocks away and the 4th floor has great food. The bar is really nice and the staff were just wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay. I would like to thank the bar staff for their kindness.
