Room was very spacious and clean, the view was amazing.

The en suite bathroom includes free toiletries. This is a very nice accommodation, the view from the window is beautiful over the lake, good location next to the ropeway station at the viewpoint of Mt. Fuji. They have a great lounge with good drinks and food. We went to the private hot spring bath with a beautiful view of the lake. Very spacious room with a good design.

It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. We had a fantastic time at Konsano. The private Onsen and dinner in our room were some of the highlights of our trip and they were very accommodating to our dietary requirements. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, special mention to our room clerk Etsuko who made us tea on arrival and served our meal. We were lucky enough to see Mt Fuji on our first day, and the rooftop footbath was much needed after all our exploring!

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. Best Hotel in Lake Kawaguchiko (probably whole Japan). The breakfast was so clean and fresh. In room onsen was so good after walking around the lake and before the check-out to refresh you.

Super big, rooftop view of mtfuji is perfect, the toiletries provided were great. BBQ on rooftop was a super cool experience.

Probably the most delightful stay that we have had anywhere in the world.

The one at 10F boasts a glorious view of Mt Fuji. In the evening after dinner there was a nice taiko drum performance. There's a wine lounge at level 2 (2F) serving free snacks, wine and beer. Excellent and professional service by all staff members.

Getting away from it all – perfect place to relax, great views, ample buffet, really helpful and friendly staff, even though only one person could speak conversational English, everyone was accommodating and helpful using apps.
