Superb experience at this hotel, one of the best in Japan for sure... I have been to a few hotels and most of them are simply not as good as Keihan in Kyoto. The toilet size is larger than most hotels in Japan.

If you are attending events in the Gifu conference center, this is definitely the hotel to stay at. Priced roughly in the range of US motels, this hotel can easily out-compete the Hiltons, Hyatts, and Marriotts in terms of amenities, services, rooms, restaurants, and general comfort. Amazing value, service, and style.

Always feel personal touch from St.regis. Loved their butler service. Room was in perfect condition. Huge size rooms compared to other japan hotel. Appreciated their surprise for our honey moon ❤️

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Osaka Honmachi, and it was a very nice hotel. The metro lines, including the Metro Chuo Line and Metro Sakaisuji Line, were incredibly close, just 8-10 steps away. The rooms were very clean, and the bathroom was nice and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again soon.

We felt personally greeted by the staff when we arrived, helped as it was the Happy Hour so we could just relax while the registration was done and then went to our room. The staff kindly waited for us. The food was very good. Simply wish we had more time to stay longer.

A really nice hotel in a great location, next to Nara park. The room was small but really well distributed and the design made it feel more spacious. The shower/bath was really good. Very quiet at night. It was a short stay but I would come here again.

Breakfast can improve . Not much for "Western" people to chose from. Poor bread, fruit and cheese selection. boiled egg wasn't available everyday. Room was okay. a small step in the doorway in the bathroom that you are going to trip over a few times till your brain registers it ;) Location is pretty good. Very close to the station and the hotel offers free shuttle.
