Great personal registration, Club Lobby on the 27th floor with snacks and beverages. Excellent breakfast.

The service standards of the entire team right from when you arrive at the door,to reception,F&B staff, housekeeping, club lounge were the best I’ve seen in all my years of travel.You only had to ask once and the execution was always faultless.I’m going there again in a couple of days and Marriott group should be commended as doubtless the training must have been fantastic. Every staff member made eye contact,smiled,greeted and executed outstandingly.

Fast registration and pleasant stuff. Free parking. Unexpected free room upgrade. Exiting beautiful window view. And the most awesome breakfast!

Centally located in Surawong area. Opposite Phat Pong . Same row with Le Meridien Hotel in Surawong.

From the moment we checked in and the moment we entered our room we already know we are going to have such a great time. We have been to many hotels in Bangkok but Marriott Surowonse by far provides the best breakfast. We also love the location.

One of the best Hotels we stayed in in Thailand. Even though we had Marriott Hotels too. Would be my first choice next time in Bangkok! Thank you!!

STAFFS WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL FREE TRANSPORTATION SHUTTLE SERVICE BETWEEN WESTIN HOTEL, FOUR POINTS AND ALOFT HOTELS WHICH SAVE GREAT TIME WALKING AND AVOIDING PAYING EXPENSIVE TUTU AND UNMETERED TAXI RIDES.
