Location is good and property has a nice design aesthetic. Parking is not well distributed (proximity to unit) and some areas lack parking due to the original site planning. Could have been designed better.

Location is really good. 10 mins to Hilo airport by car/uber. Felt really relaxed on the way to catch my flight. quiet surroundings. My friend and I borrowed bikes for free and cycled a bit to the center. quite relaxing. Free yoga course is provided. just need to check schedule and register at the frontdesk. Water, hot tea, coffee is provided all day long.

Location near town was walkable. Staff was generally nice. View was excellent. Facility was reasonably clean, though not stellar. Bed reasonably comfortable with ok pillows, but older mattress and bedding...certainly not the quality of a Marriott or Wyndham...dated and mediocre.

The whole property is beautiful and well maintained. We felt it was luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The attention to the gardens was really appreciated, it's one of those details that contributes to the overall feel of the complex. It was nice to have a selection of pools to use and we enjoyed the tennis courts too.
