Excellent locagion in one of the most modern area of the city, the mall is a 5 min walk, all neceaaitiea around. The amenities, everything you need is available in the room, soap and towels in the bathroom, coffee machine and pods available, teas, and even small chocolates. Fully equipped kitchen, Staff verry attentive, the self check in process is very easy. Parking included.

Matatagpuan sa gitna ng Istanbul at Bomonti ang Mercure Istanbul Bomonti na nag-aalok ng terrace na tinatanaw ang lungsod. Absolutely loved the hotel. Staff were really helpful despite being fully booked. Our rooms were cleaned early, by 9am. Hotel amenities were good. Really enjoyed the stay.

The property is modern and includes wellness and spa, the room with full glass wall top it. As I was using a rental car, the free parking was essential. What makes me give this property 5 star is the amazing staff we met. really without exception all were friendly and willing to help. I I would move my appreciation here towards three room service stuff (Rabia, Hümeyra and Tugba) who gave us there time and treated us as a family member.
