    Rob gave us a warm welcome. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped. The motel was within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, the hotel and public transport.

    Motel was one street back from esplanade, we used bus service to get around the island and it was located on the esplanade beside where we went to eat all a short walk from Motel.

    A warm welcome on arrival. Great access to everywhere at Picnic Bay, close to bus stop for ferry and other island centres. Comfortable and spacious room with good facilities. Fantastic service from manager Jen, who drove us in pouring rain to the Nelly Bay clinic and waited to drive us back to the motel.
