The property was small and personal. The owner was very nice and it does have a beautiful yet slightly obstructed view of the ocean. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway.

This motel is located just 7 minutes' walk from Sunset Beach and 6.8 mi from Huntington Beach Pier. Free WiFi access is available in all guest rooms. Please note that we do not have an elevator.

The room I stayed in was clean. Good for a day after the beach if you live far away but would not recommend staying here.

It’s exactly as shown. The room is very clean & no odor! The shower/tub is clean. It seems to be relatively recently renovated. The mirror is modern. Good shower head water pressure. It has microwave, fridge, TV & wall outlets within reach. I think the only thing I’d like is extra pillow ( which I probably could have ask for). Bring your own hairdryer if you use one. This inn is far cleaner than a place I stayed last time near K town. The location is quiet ( even passing vehicles not that bothersome to me). For a quick SoCal trip for a dragon boat race event, I certainly can see myself staying will here again.

This motel is centrally located in Costa Mesa, right off the 55 freeway. Sandpiper Motel is just 2.5 mi away from scenic Newport Beach.

The Princess has 3 floors and fully accessible with an elevator. The best bargain in town. Not fancy but clean and safe. No sketchy people hanging around the parking lot.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower head was nice with adjustable flows and patterns for a relaxing rejuvenating shower. The were plenty of outlets for chargers and other items. The room was well lit with dimmable lighting at each bedside. The room also had a microwave and mini refrigerator.
