We are trained to not see that which is most valuable: care for the old and very used. There is a wealth in our scars that cannot be quantified by a stock exchange. That is our real value. The value of our stories, of our care and concern, and how we put ourselves so deeply into these things that the old becomes new and the community surrounding them awakens to a deeper brand of satisfaction that quietly draws it's power from the ancient earth.
