JapanThe location is great, quite close to Narita station so I used it as a stopover after a flight to return home in northern Japan. The free shuttle from the airport was a bonus. It’s a standard, no-frills business hotel but it had everything I needed (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh clean towels, nice clean bed).

United StatesThis location was incredible! Not in the city or close if that's what you're looking for. We loved there restaurants great food!! They even have their draft beer that was great. It's a huge property with a lot of fun activities for the kids and adults. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 day. Wish it would've been longer. Our cabin was beautiful..Probably the best designed place we stayed in Japan. The staff was 5 star! So helpful and kind.

Stuff was also very friendly and could speak English, which is good for people who doesn't speak Japanese. (But I could understand a little bit). The breakfast was delicious, but pricy tho. Also there's convenience store on 2nd floor, if you wish to buy something to eat. And shuttle bus to Narita Airport was very convenient. It took me around 20min to get there.
