It is the best hotel in Beitou - Perfectly located in front of Beitou Library and Museum. It is easy to get to from Taoyuan Airport for a good soak. Facilities are kept very clean. Best of all is the ever friendly and hospitable staff.

The location is extremely close to the Xin Beitou 新北投 MRT station, which is convenient for traveling around Taipei City. The room is immaculately clean and the hot spring water is delightful, offering the opportunity to soak in the privacy of your room. Although we didn't try breakfast, there is a 24-hour McDonald's nearby, so getting breakfast is not a problem.

Love the private & public hot spring! Helped us relax from travel tiredness. Just 1 min walk to MRT Station/Bus Stop. A lot of FOC attraction within walking distance. Breakfast was surprisingly great too! The staffs were super friendly and helpful too in accommodating to our needs

I loved this place. Stylish, Japanese feel to the room meshed with clean-lined modernism. The spa was very enjoyable and the water makes you feel amazing. This is very much a couple’s place though, as the room has zero privacy of any kind- glass walls to the private spa and bathing area. So if you’re traveling with someone, make sure you’re “friendly.” I enjoyed the breakfast as well.

    We booked this hotel as we wanted to experience the Beitou hotsprings together. The bathing facilities were fantastic, our room had a huge Japanese-style stone bath with both hot spring and regular taps, and a small sauna in the corner which could fit one person at a time. The room itself was comfortable, the location was outstanding (a 5 minute walk from the start of the Beitou hot spring area), and the breakfast buffet had a mix of both Taiwanese and Western dishes.
