Laundry facility on the 2nd and 3rd floor are great! The kitchen was very well equipped and clean.

Location was great--2 minute walk from the rail stop. Front desk & housekeeping staff were polite, helpful, & efficient. There were several international front desk staff who were multilingual. This 3 star hotel's room was larger than the typical Japanese hotel room. You provided 2 pillows for each of our beds as I had requested; my husband needed to sleep more upright. Beds were firm, & very comfortable. Bathroom --everything worked; clean. Room was clean. The 3 settings of lights set a different atmosphere. Hot kettle & access to the microwave on the 2nd fl. restaurant was appreciated & helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good: Japanese entrees & side dishes. Missed the goya entree as it wasn't served everyday. Generous of hotel to offer: free all you can eat ice cream & alcohol all day & free ramen snack @nite. Also, generous to offer the several free amenities near the front desk. Hotel is kid-friendly: I watched the families enjoy their time & activities on the 2nd fl. Daily change of towels, toothbrush, slippers, & coke. We changed towels every 3-4 days as we want to save the environment & water. I returned our daily new towels & the bag to your housekeeping staff if we didn't use it for that day. This is one of the best hotel experience we had & we travelled to most of Europe, Asia, US, Canada, etc.

A wealth of indoor and outdoor activities awaits guests at Hotel Nanjo, including tennis, basketball and swimming at the 2 on-site pools. I liked the hotel a lot. I'd like to come back here! We had a room with an amazing view, it was very clean. We enjoyed the hot springs, horse farm and massage. The hotel provides you with everything you could possibly need. There is an izakaya, specialty coffee shop and a 24-hours supermarket nearby. The staff is very lovely, not everyone speaks English well but they are always willing to help, we used Google translate to communicate. You can get to the hotel from the Naha airport by taxi. It takes around 40 minutes and costs 6000 yen.
