Wonderful hosts Lola and Ilir welcomed me like I am a part of their family. The place is very clean and comfortable, amazing food and hospitality. I enjoyed my stay a lot. I came by bus. The place is not in the centre of Tepelene - without a car I couldn't get to Tepelene - the host Ilir brought me there.

The apartment is amazing and well equipped. There is access to the river, which is nice. Parking is available. There is a double bed room on the first floor.

I was on the way to Sarande , veterinary clinic where I left for 6 weeks my cat Bukur , found in Ksamil , homeless .

The property was in an amazing location. Had a view of the whole town. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and made me feel right at home. If you are visiting Tepelene make sure to stay here!

it was an absolutely beautiful little place to stay The rooms were perfect almost look brand new even though it's been open for 3 years it's all aligned with wood so it has a nice smell the bathrooms are very clean and very good water pressure. The restaurant is superb and the meat platter that Valentina made for me was just out of this world. The price for the room was 36 Euros including breakfast which was very tasty and very filling and served on a deck with perfect blue skies and sunshine. The little kittens that were there were the cutest things I've ever seen and a little dog Chico, and the various animals and chickens and horses and made it really memorable remarkable place to stay

I liked how close everything was. You step out of your room and the pool, horses, dining area and playground are just a few steps away. Then its also incredibly close to the river as well. Everyone was really nice and the food was fantastic. I went during December so it was off season. The place was empty aside from guests who came just for the restaurant. It felt like I just joined the family who owns the ranch for the weekend:) the river was so peaceful and quiet. The horses are often grazing nearby so its really wonderful seeing the mountain, river and horses all at once. They have 2 French bull dogs which were so fun to pet and spend time with too.
