The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a family stay. It was very close to the beach and to a great restaurant (with live music, too). The balcony was so lovely that we had lunches and breakfast there. Everything was great. We look forward to returning to this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The property is ideal for families with kids, offering convenience and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant served delicious food at very reasonable prices. Everything was simply perfect. I’d love to return :)

I personally love this place! Rooms are beautiful and clean! Possibly to smoke in the balcony! 10 min walk from beach , free and safe parking! This is a family business ! Food was delicious! Soup was amazing! This people come from south city Permet which is one of the most traditional place in Albania ! They are so friendly ,careful and hospitable! There is a nice bar and restaurant very close to the nature! The best place if you want to enjoy the Durres beach since breakfast is free and rooms are not expensive! I will definitely be back!

Olivia's Hill Resort is located south of Durres which is really great if you want to stay in a more relaxed place. We stayed for 2 nights and the place was very clean and comforfable. This place also has alot of sun loungers and outdoor pool to fill all your sunbathing needs. Free breakfast was included in the price and we were served on the table with delicious food. This place also has a restaurants if you wish to dine in the hotel. We randomly also stubled on live audition which was great addition to our stay. Hotel had enough parking spots. If you want to go to the beach you have to walk back a little and go to an overpass. It takes around 10 mins to arrive on the beach. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants which 2 I'd like to highlight (Sapore di Mare and Shkodra). All in all we were very happy with our stay!

Spacious room, clean bathroom but the most Incredible staff always ready to happily help you with anything they exceed our expectations. The same day we arrived we were tired from the road trip and wanted to have breakfast, even though our included breakfast was for tomorrow morning and the breakfast time for that day was finished they happily fixed some breakfast for my family and when we offered to pay they said it’s on the house that was unexpected and a very warm welcome it just makes you feel valued and taken care of. Best mid-range price hotel you can get. Looking forward to going back soon!

Everything is new and clean. Really close to the beach with bars (4 mins) and maybe 8 mins to the quiet beach. Also it is good that it is one street away from hotels and bars so the apartment is quiet. The staff was friendly, helpful and quickly responded to questions which I had.

Great apartment in a nice area. Two balconies overlooking the Adriatic sea, where you can sit and enjoy spectacular sunsets and listening to the waves. I was there for a month earlier this year, and the apartment can easily host three persons. Very good WiFi for work. There's a supermarket next to Xhabarka (restaurant) that accepts credit cards. Alban is a lovely person and was super helpful in every possible way; he even picked me up from the airport and drove me to the city where I was staying next. I would live to come back during the summer months.
