Everything was great! Better than I ever imagined. The location; literally meters from the chairlifts. The service. The rooms. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! A real vacation.

Staff were very helpful and took great care of the place. also very nice to have underground parking available and the location is super convenient. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices, but it would have been nice to have some fruit available as well.

The appartment was spaceous, with each of the two sleeping rooms having a winter garden with seating and table. The kitchen, while small, was very functional and allowed us to prepare evening meals in instead of us needing to go out to eat.

We had a wonderful stay at Plattenkar Haus. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and we felt really cozy. The apartment is extremely clean and well equipped with everything one needs for a ski vacation. It is located right on the slope, so in the morning you can simply go from your pajamas to your ski suit and you’re already on the run!

The food was outstanding. Great value. Staff was VERY friendly, as so were the owners. Very personable. Ski in and out perfect location. Great massage. Outdoor pool was great overlooking the slopes. And the wellness area was clean and had great extra touches (like the tea station with snacks and customizable water). At 3pm they served a snack buffet that was really awesome. Booked on a whim but definitely would come back to Obertauern just for this hotel. Outstanding.

The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location is perfect for skiers, with true ski-in and ski-out access. We had a wonderful time and would gladly return.

Incredible stay and Martina was such of great help with all her recommendations. Hotel situated next to the slopes (really 30 seconds walk), breakfast was good and complete, and room clean and neat. I would come back again.

It’s a beautiful hotel in every way. The ski lockers were very convenient and the property is well situated.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely top notch. The breakfast buffet was huge, and the dinners were absolutely exquisite. They did a wonderful job accommodating my gluten allergy, providing special dishes in addition to everything that was naturally gluten free! The sauna was lovely, with several saunas, showers, and loungers with wonderful, relaxing music. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is right at a bus stop and several lifts. For Christmas Eve they even had a gift for all the children! I could not have asked for anything more.
