The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was lovely from the room and view to facilities and food. They offer this amazing snack in the afternoon for all guests which is so nice and filling. Especially for a family with young children who would go to bed early. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more for families.

Located right next to the Schaidberg and Achenrain Ski Elevators,5 Star Kesselspitze Valamar Collection Hotel offers a mix of modern design and traditional Austrian style. The lobby has a dome-shaped skylight and a large open fireplace.
Wellness facilities offered at the on-site Balance Spa include the indoor pool, several saunas and an outdoor whirlpool with a fantastic view of the snow-covered winter world of Obertauern. A massage and beauty parlor is also on site.
