We spent four nights in the upstairs North View apartment across Christmas, our second stay. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed, with many comfortable features. The restaurant below was shut; traffic noise was minimal, even with open windows. There is a dedicated car space, useful in this area. We chose the location to be close to family. It is also near good restaurants and the city, but no practical groceries etc, apart from a service station, so shop first.

Perfect house and perfect location. It located in a quiet and safe area. The whole apartment is in a great status, super clean and cozy. Matt and Steph are so kind and prepared milk / coffee / bread / travel handbooks, etc to us. All the rooms are well equipted and warm. We can find everything we need in the apartment. We are a group of 6, and all of us had a great time. Our car is a MVP which is large, parking inside the yard is a bit hard. We parked our car on the street in front of the apartment (other neighbours also do the same) for 3 days and had no problem.

The house is beautiful, the view - absolutely fantastic, the wildlife around makes it a unique experience! Ideal for families with kids. The house has everything we needed for the stay (and even more)

The host was very attentive, kind, and helpful. A loaf of local freshly baked bread(beautiful), a bottle of wine, and sweets were provided as well and the house was beautiful. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay again.

Beautiful place - quiet and comfortable large rooms.

We found the staff to be excellent. They could not of been more helpful or courteous. They made our visit very enjoyable.

Great staff. Location really good. Bedroom as expected. They have private (paid) parking place.

self parking was ok, but the hobart central lot is closed to car and people access between 6:30 pm and 7:45 am so you must prepare for that. however, starting at 6:30 am, the hotel bellman has a way to let you out of the lot.

Convenient. Good value: Bacon & egg sandwich & a medium coffee (for 10 Aud).

Exceptional cleanliness. Great beds.

Quality with the perfect location

The property was right on the wharf and within easy walking distance from many amenities and the CBD. It was quiet and well maintained. The person at reception was very helpful.
