David was very good at communicating - clear and quick to be in touch. It was easy to get the keys and to access the parking lot in the apartment complex. You really do need to go all the way to the bottom floor and then the allocated parking space is almost right in front of you - very easy to slip into. Do ask for directions to the lift as we had a bit of trouble finding it. The building is clean and good light. Lifts nice and smooth. The flat is great. Nice and light and double glazing. Good supply of hot water and nice shower. The kitchen set up is really well done. Beds nice and firm. Temperature control comfortable and quiet. Nice view of Accor Stadium. Location fantastice for eateries and for Accor Stadium and Qudos Bank Arena - we went to the later and felt safe walking back to the flat after the show at the arena. If travelling with another couple who could share the cost this would be great value for money. Even for us as one couple it was one of the better cost in that location options.

    Location, friendly helpful staff. I managed to get one of the 2 parking spots available at the rear- the chef moved his car and let me go in behind him.
