I believe the price for that rating hotel is great, for a solo trip as a rep, it's all you need, I was concerned about the bathroom facilities rating, but those people who gave it a bad rating must have thought it was a5 star rating hotel on a budget rate.

loved the comfort of the bed; 1 bed w 2 separate mattresses was awesome. Loved the bar area with utensils and dish/glasses provided. Very clean. Highly recommended this hotel. We could do our laundry with no charge. The hotel even provides laundry detergent.
