It was newly remodeled, nice tv with Netflix option, good ac in bedrooms, fan in living room. Louvers in doors for ventilation, grocery/bar across the street, could be loud on Sat nights. Great kitchen and bathroom. Rain-head shower. Noodles for the beach and beach towels. Washer and dryer! Vanities to put on your makeup in both bedrooms. Excellent wifi! Beautiful sunsets from back door!Super safe. Parking spot in driveway for 1 car. We already booked again for next year, because we loved it. 3 blocks to our favorite beach Alleynes bay! Rent chairs from Freddie! Eat at Jumas on the beach great food!

The location and the property itself are awesome day and night. You can get to the ocean just going down the stairs. A shower next to the ocean. The place is quiet. There are 4 parking spots (well 5 if you block others); we never had issues with parking during our stay there. Big balconies enough for 4-6 people to chill out in the evening. There is a beach at your left where you can walk in 10 minutes along a busy road or drive in 1 minute or just swim there. It is so close.
