Located in a quiet, not busy neighborhood. Accommodation has its own entrance in the back and gives a very homey feel to your stay. Comes with a kitchen and stocked with pots and utensils in case you feel like cooking.

Staff was great. Stay was fine. Don't know why everyone that complained about this place was complaining. Yes it's a little unconventional, the entrance being at a strip mall, but it was perfectly fine. You park in the back. There is no elevator but that was fine too.

I loved this hotel, again! This was our second stay. The location is brilliant with the skytrain station a 2 minute walk away, the Quay a 5 minute walk away and lots of choices for coffee, food and shopping, even a movie cinema. I love the old fashioned charm of the property. The old elevator, the claw foot tub, the fact you get a whole little apartment with a full kitchen containing almost anything you require! It's easy to get the skytrain into Vancouver or to Metrotown and it's two trains out to the airport. The customer service provided on check in was fantastic!

Modest, clean, and comfortable — with everything you need for a short stay abroad. The bathroom and towels were spotless, and the TV and kitchen were modern and well-equipped. The staff were exceptionally kind and genuinely human. We arrived late in the evening after being scammed by another hotel via Booking.com, and they graciously accommodated us on such short notice. They made sure we had everything we needed, and were flexible and supportive throughout our stay.
