Beautiful property, I had a very relaxing stay. The bedroom was clean, comfortable, and very tastefully decorated. They provided water bottles and earplugs (just for some noise from the heating system, this was not an issue for me). The shared bathroom was also freshly cleaned. It was nice having the cafe right downstairs for breakfast & coffee throughout the day. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow when I checked in after hours. The staff were friendly & helpful. I will be back!

The room is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The facilities are great, everything is clean and beautiful. The neighbourhood is also very nice, and the hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains that makes for great pictures and it's just a great view.

Unreal views. Great Restaurant. Paddle boards and bikes for guests to use. Simply one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Ended up extending my visit to the area for a few days because of this place.

very cozy setting, this loft have everything you need, beds , pillows and blankets are very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped with cookware and utensils. it has stove, oven toaster, coffee machine and water pot. The bathroom is well equipped with hot shower. we don’t want to leave! Will sure be return if visit Quebec City again. This hotel is just minutes away from the ice hotel and Valcartier Bora Parc! in my opinion it is much better stay in the 4 stars hotel because you can cook you own food!

The hosts Mario and Mogo were very gracious and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable and it’s very quiet. Breakfast is including many options for you. They think of many details for you and have all things you can imagine in the bathroom. You have access to the patio and the living room. I went to Siberia Spa that is only 5 minutes away and that was a great relaxing time too. ☺️ Highly recommended to stay here 😍

    the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. the room was a great size with convenient closet area for all our gear as well as a separate storage room for skis. great access to the hill and free parking is a bonus!
