We LOVED this B&B. They were able to accommodate our group of 11. We had a fantastic room which was the perfect size for our family of 5. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. In the morning (after greeting the bear who lives on the property) we were all seated together for a delicious breakfast. Our favorite part of the stay was the wilderness Park. Our kids were able to run around and entertain themselves by admiring all the different animals. There's also a fantastic playground.

Super for the price and very good restaurant

To cut a long story short: I slept like a baby. It was so quiet and the entire atmosphere gave me so much peace of mind, that I can highly recommend a stay. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive and I felt welcomed the moment I opened the door. What a wonderful stay- Thank you!

Very nice design , great amenities and very good location .

We’re a family of 3 and We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was cozy and superb in every aspect. the staff were very kind and welcoming. the room was big enough and clean, not to mention the beautiful view of lake Zürich from the balcony. breakfast was fresh and diverse Room service was fast The hotel provided us everything we need for our child to make us comfortable I would definitely recommend staying at Alex Lake hotel. For me, Alex Lake will be my first choice whenever i am visiting Zürich again

Service was great , they welcomed us with a Surprise Cake to my Wife’s birthday. The view to Zürich lake is amazing and worth every cent you’ll pay

I stayed there in the advent season and walking up the stairs I heard a beautiful christmas song, which was likely coming from a floor which was just being cleaned. It was setting the mood perfectly for the subsequent holidays. The kindness of Medine, the receptionist who helped me to get around the place has given me reassurance that any time if I come back, I’m at the right place to stay in this city.

Is everything very clean and nice

Great location, good value for money. The property had a good range of appliances on its kitchen, which was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable; sofa bed not as much. Overall great experience and my family was very satisfied.

Spacious, clean, tasteful designs

Very friendly atmosphere. A Gasthof is like an English Inn, nice small scale, total maybe 10 rooms. The personnel go the extra mile to make you happy. Place is popular for eating out & just a coffee for the locals. Breakfast was simple but excellent and plentiful. Plenty of parking place specifically for the Gasthof.

Excellent stay in a historic farmhouse owned & operated by the same family for 180 years. The charming room was spacious with an excellent view and a wonderful bathroom. Breakfast was amazing and far more food than I could have hoped to eat - I especially enjoyed the fresh squeezed apple juice!

Beautiful location with amazing views. Kind and accommodating hosts who went out of their way to make a great experience for my family. We felt at home away from home because of their hospitality. I give this a 10/10 and have great memories of the time we spent there.

Location was quiet and the house was cozy

Very comfortable apartment with everything I needed. I appreciated the thoughtful little touches, like the Bluetooth speaker, a bedside lamp I could turn off from bed, and conveniently placed outlets for charging devices. I also enjoyed the outdoor space and having access to a washer and dryer was fantastic for a longer stay. I appreciated the conveniences of the location, a grocery store and bus stop right outside and a restaurant nearby for grabbing food or a drink. I really felt at home here and would absolutely stay again.
