The accommodation was very charming, reminiscent of a swiss chalet. Breakfast was delightful. Staff was extremely attentive and kind. We are thankful for the upgrade offered without request. If I could I would rate it with 11! The staff was beyond amazing, they made sure we, including our toddler, were comfortable and enjoying our stay, from check-in until checkout. They gave us very good recommendations on where to eat, how to arrive to Lucerne, parking there etc. The rooms were good size and the beds comfortable, which were very much needed after a long day travel or a day exploring the area. The place was spot clean, great views and quiet nights. Breakfast was very good. Quality and delicious food with good variety.

The hotel is perfectly located right on the lake and offers one of the best lake views we’ve ever experienced. Our room had a huge terrace with a completely unobstructed panoramic view of the lake. Falling asleep while looking out over the peaceful water and waking up to the beautiful lake view made every morning feel special. One of the highlights was that from the restaurant terrace on the ground floor, you can simply walk down a few steps and jump straight into the crystal-clear lake for a swim. My son and I had so much fun swimming there—it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location is also close to many attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Considering the price, we felt this hotel offered unbelievable value for money. It exceeded our expectations in every way and was one of the best-value hotels we have ever stayed in. We would definitely love to come back.

Lovely location on the edge of the lake with beautiful views and very peaceful Freshly baked bread and croissants for breakfast. Fun on the pool table. Good choice of channels on the TV including UK ones. Free parking (you can spend a lot on parking in Luzern)
