Staff at reception were so kind and welcoming. They were also answering my messages prior my arrival very fast, i was able to receive my Luzern visitor card for free transportation right on time. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved having the Coffee machine in the room. Hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop.

Just a magical view of the lake from the window—at least from our room. The room is large. Nearby, there is an Italian restaurant with a nice view. Downstairs, there is another restaurant. There is also a small shop nearby. But there are no cafés or any entertainment in the vicinity. There was a free breakfast, nothing special.

Spacious and quiet room, with a majestic view over the lake Luzerne. It was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking space on site. The breakfast was delicious. Overall a great place to stay!

Great scenic location, an accommodation decorated and maintained with very high taste and sophistication and very helpful host to guide you to make a best tour plan. It was a very decorative apartment. We had a great tour there.

The hotel was exactly what I needed as I was in transit with a tour coach so I most importantly needed parking which the hotel provided. There were a few good options for food nearby. A very pleasant, functional hotel.
