The staff is helping you with anything and everything all the time. It was just great. It was just awesome to find this nice cute hotel. Sooo many restaurants and shops nearby too. Room sizes are just great especially the family rooms with the double and single bed. We had two rooms together and another room booked for our friends who were joining us. We got all three rooms together. We didn't even feel like we had to lock the doors when going out to other rooms.....which we didn't. GREAT JOB GUYS!!! Especially to LEO who took such good care for us throughout our stay. Thank you LEO from me and my whole family. Keep it up. Don't let people question my perfect review which I NEVER gave before in my life 😀

When checking in, they even upgraded my room to a double room shared with another female guest (of course they asked if I want that) and the room was amazing. It was very clean, beds were comfy and it even came with towels, Shampoo, shower gel,... Regarding the staff, they are able to speak chinese and English as far as I experienced and the are super friendly. Totally recommend staying there. The hostel has a beautiful and nice common area to play games, even play station or Computer games, but also has a nice terrasse to chill on. The location itself is also fantastic. It's a short strall away to the old ancient town which is beautiful to discover.

The service was truly exceptional — the lady at the front desk (凹小姐） was extremely friendly, warm, and went out of her way to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. She was always ready to offer help, and her genuine hospitality really made a difference. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable — everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. On top of that, the location was fantastic — just a short walk to plenty of food places, which made it super convenient for us to grab meals anytime. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — great service, great location, and a very comfortable stay. I would definitely love to stay here again!
