Everything! It was truly special! The room was beautiful, romantic, everything we hoped for. Guilin is a magical place. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They helped us organize our time and some tours. Highly recommend to go for the private car service. Breakfast was so good with both chinese and western options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Guilin Village Creek Inn, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This charming inn, nestled in the heart of picturesque Guilin, offers more than just a place to stay—it provides a truly immersive and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, Michelle and her team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their outstanding service and warm hospitality made us feel welcome and cared for. Michelle’s attention to detail and personal touch truly set this place apart. The mornings at Guilin Village Creek Inn were a highlight of our stay. Each day began with an authentic breakfast that was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The variety of local delicacies gave us a wonderful taste of the region's cuisine, and it was evident that a lot of love and care went into preparing each meal. One of the standout experiences during our stay was our trip to Yangshuo via a cruise along the Li River. Michelle and her team arranged everything seamlessly, from the boat tickets to personalized transportation. The cruise itself was breathtaking, with stunning views of the karst mountains and serene river landscapes. It was an unforgettable journey that was made even better by the hassle-free arrangements provided by the inn. The personalized transportation provided by the Guilin Village Creek Inn was another aspect that greatly enhanced our trip. Whether we needed a ride to a local attraction or a transfer to the airport, the service was prompt, reliable, and comfortable. It made exploring the area so much easier and stress-free. I’ve been traveling around China for 5 months and this was my most memorable stay thanks to the lovely people. They really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and make it an enjoyable travel experience, from helping book tours to always being happy to chat. Bonus is the hotel connects to a running/biking trail (also leads straight to Reed Flute Cave) and the location is very convenient.

⸻ Incredibly Friendly Staff and Genuine Hospitality 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This was one of the most warm and comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. In the evenings, when we returned, they would ask if we were hungry and offer us fresh fruit. they also gave us a free bed for my daughter. One particularly touching moment: one evening our daughter fell asleep, and my husband and I went out for dinner in the city. The receptionist, who had already finished her shift, stayed an extra hour just to make sure everything was okay — even though we hadn’t asked her to. Another time, they noticed on their own that there was a problem with the lighting in our room. While we were out, they informed us and immediately offered to move us to another room. Since our child was sleeping again that evening, they gave us two rooms to use at the same time. Breakfasts were always adapted to our requests. They gifted us a massage, arranged airport pick-up, and on our last day — when there was heavy rain and some of my things got slightly wet — they even gave us a discount on services. A super cozy place with true human warmth. Highly recommended! ❤️

The owner David is very helpful he booked all my activities and airport drop off for me and event drop and pick me up from the night cruise. The place is very convenient and I walked to Elephant Hill Park before heading to the airport in the morning. They provided me with late dinner and early breakfast as needed. I really appreciate all he did for me!

The property was very clean and amenable. I often frequent The lobby area and restaurant and chat with the staff. The hotel manager Yoyo and his wife Fei were very warm and helpful to me during my whole stayed at the hotel. The room was cleaned, organized, and with everything a traveler with need. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers looking to venture into Guilin and it’s adjacent areas. Fei is very knowledgeable about the area and activities. Super happy with my time here. Also the Yoyo’s pizza was really delicious.

Fantastic customer service and the staff could not have been more helpful. We were given a full explanation of the local ‘must see’ areas, and we opted for a two day tour package which we feel was fantastic value. This was private with a personal driver who spoke brilliant English. The driver, Robert, was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about each place we visited. We had the option to customise the tour to suit our own taste. We had a wonderful experience of Guilin and Yangshuo. Aside from the great tour, every staff member was very accommodating and helped us with tasks such as laundry and food delivery. They even recommended some fantastic local restaurants, a roof top bar and a coffee shop. We cannot complain about anything. Thank you for a spectacular stay!!!
