We had an excellent stay here. The location is great, right next to some really lovely parks. The staff (Belle, Juliya, Pench and Joey) were all incredibly helpful and kind, even when we had some slightly unusual baby-related requests. They even stayed in touch over WeChat to help us while we were out in the city, which made such a difference. The restaurant downstairs was also surprisingly good. Great food and super convenient. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a terrific accommodation. The hotel is spotless, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. But most of all the staff are terrific. From the girls at reception who are super friendly, to the staff serving meals and the lovely lady who helped me with laundry… all were wonderful.
