We did use translation apps, and one of the employees Zhang Kaixin was very very helpful. He helped me go to a phone store and bank and made sure I wasn’t not hungry or thirsty. Very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. So many options to choose from and it was real food

The room is wonderful and comfortable. The buffet is amazing. The place is near to the big shopping market and beautiful park. Next time we must choose this hotel when we have a chance to visit this city.
