Will was an incredible host. He started the communication from before I arrived to ensure I had transportation to the resort and shared his suggestions or best way to plan the 3 days I was their. The location is amazing ,just next to the Baofeng Lake. Here is a beautiful swimming pool and creek, as well as the spectacular Avatar mountain. they will you drop you off at the national forest park (few minutes by drive in the morning ) . Everything was perfect and we wished our stay there lasted longer.

The location is great, it’s on a street with lots of shops, restaurants and stores, which is very convenient. The couple who owns the place, especially the wife, is very friendly and helpful. She explained the tour we booked really well and made sure we understood everything. Before our stay, she kept in touch and asked what time we’d arrive, giving us all the needed details. When we got there, she gave us a warm welcome. You can also see the cable cars passing above, which is a nice view. Overall, it’s a really good place to stay.

We were very warmly welcomed in the middle of the night. Zhu yans english is very good. She is very supportive, recommended some restaurants and helped us to plan our trip to the national parks and booked tickets! The rooms were comfortable, clean and big! It was a perfect stay, when we will return to Zhangjiajie we will definitely stay here!

When we arrived, Steven helped us to plan our activities in Zhangjiajie, which is great, as you have a true local giving you the information of what is worth to see, and how long it takes to see it. This is something we haven't experienced anywhere before, and it really made our trip feel very personalized, and well planned. He also suggested some restaurants for us to try, and we would never have found them by ourselves. The food there was delicious! Everything in the city is close to the hotel, and accessible with DiDi, so you are never far away from anything, and if you have any problems with DiDi, Steven can help with booking them for your trips to the attractions. The breakfast dumplings and meat pancakes were also delicious. The atmosphere and the overall feel of the hotel is very friendly and homey, and it is not as official and soulless as the big hotel chains. All in all, I would say that we will never forget the experience we had in Zhangjiajie, not only because of the gorgeous scenery, but also because of our amazing host Steven and this hotel.
