Lovely grounds, close to the beach, nice pool, friendly staff, great breakfast, safe.
The staff is very friendly. Nice place and close enough to town.
Enjoyed that it was away from the center of Coco where alot of young kids hang out at night, very quiet, the security staff was exceptional.

It was clean, the a/c worked, ceiling fans were large, kitchenette had all the basics, pool was clean. Easy walking distance to beach, coffee shops, restaurants. Plenty of parking, staff pleasant. We didn't have current keycode on arrival, owner was quick to respond with working keycode. Link with directions was accurate.

Clean, friendly place close to the beach and shopping!
Love the location of the property to the beach (2 1/2 blocks). One of several pools is only steps away from unit. There is also covered common seating that was great for morning coffee. We enjoyed the covered porch as well. Unit had all of the essentials and it was well maintained. Coco Sunset is quiet, safe, and security guards on staff are friendly and helpful. There is safe secure parking as well. This complex has 7 pools so it was easy to avoid sun or sun tan as desired. Communication was prompt and professional. The accomodations were well worth the price. Would definitely stay here again.

LOCATION!!! Staff are incredible!!!
The room view from the standard rooms was exceptional. Oceanviews from the balcony were amazing. The restaurant solarium was a great place to eat. Lovely setting and views. Overall the place is very nice and we have already discussed returning. All the staff were friendly to greet us and help with anything we needed. Having the team of drivers was great too. Never a long wait for the shuttle to take you around where you needed. I have stayed at both this resort and the attached Condovec resort and this location is top notch. The 20 min drive to the airport is great too. We are discussing our return and can't wait!
Beautiful place. Great views, atmosphere. The staff is very kind, food is delicious. Everything is perfect, I really enjoyed staying there. I recommend it
