Beautiful quaint quiet family hotel, location is exceptionally good for seeing Karlovy Vary sights and hiking in the surrounding hills, wonderfully friendly staff, huge suite with view of the Main Street, mini fridge, kettle with complimentary teas, very comfortable bed and pillows, private secure free parking, dog friendly for a fee. My best accommodation by far in the past 14 days of traveling. I’ll definitely recommend to friends and return myself.

The Hotel provided excellent service from the beginning to the end. The Spa area is not as big as a thermal spa, but big enough to relax and have a great time. You get as many towels as you need, tea, fruits, pools are warm. You can walk straight into the main stream and everything is close to the Hotel.

Our experience at the Grandhotel Pupp was truly exceptional. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes, and the room was impeccably clean. The spa area was also extremely pleasant and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. We particularly enjoyed a private spa session, which we highly recommend for anyone looking for an exclusive and relaxing experience. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome at all times. We had a wonderful stay and will undoubtedly choose the Grandhotel Pupp again when we return to Karlovy Vary. This hotel truly sets the bar for luxury and comfort.

We found the place easily and followed the instructions - well explained! The keys were easy to get. We got a different apartment than booked, so we had to climb an extra set of stairs. With luggages, not fun. We also booked the overnight parking in the provided space and that worked very well. The room is rather small with four people, but for two people it is perfect for one night. Kitchen had what we needed.
