Absolutely everything. Room: I got the room with the jacuzzi and the view and they did not disappoint. The room was spacious and the view of the waterfall was breathtaking. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast buffet was fresh and the cooks were friendly and welcoming every morning. They really make sure you feel at home by giving you that homie feeling. Staff: the hotel is run by a family and Carla, our receptionist, was beyond helpful. She was friendly, caring and cheerful. Her husband, Juan, was also great and they both showed us tips of what to do for activities and where to go for restaurants etc. I cannot stress enough of how incredibly safe and grateful I felt just to have them there every morning to greet us and chat with us like we are old friends. It was the best stay of my traveling experiences.

The staff were wonderful and very kind. The food was unreal for a hostel, parallels many restaurants I went to (thanks chef). The property and rooms were very well maintained. My buddy and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

It was just AMAZING. We had and amazing 2 weeks there. We enjoyed everything, especially the foods and the beautiful place. The family was so welcoming and helpful.     Absolutely everything. This hotel was perfect. First, the staff was superb, welcoming and super helpful. I had some issues with change of dates and price changes and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me (this was fault on booking.com). The location is fabulous. It’s quiet but still walking distance to everything. And the rooms are spacious, beds were comfortable and overall great. There’s a secured parking lot for cars. And the spa is next door. I would stay here again and would highly recommend you booking here as well.

    The room was ample, the beds and the bath comfortable. We had a very nice balcony with a view of the mountain. The staff was very friendly and on top of things. They made good recommendations for us to go to a spa or the local hot springs. Free parking and a good breakfast. They also had water to refill bottles.

    Spacious cozy house, situated on a hill just in 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. Lovely staff, sparkly clean, wonderful beds! Fully equipped kitchen and laundry! Own parking lot free of charge! Stunning views from the balcony, very quiet, large patio with a BBQ, and as a bonus - your own little river! Highly recommend!
