We had a beautiful huge suite on the 2nd floor overlooking the River. Bed was amazing. The hotel is part way down the malecon with good restaurants in one direction and lots of art galleries in the other.

Impeccable service from the moment of arrival until (and past) checkout. The rooms were perfect and cleaned/maintained very well. We enjoyed the beautiful rooftop garden and the glass pool overlooking the city. The security and safety is top notch while feeling very natural. There are vetted taxis and a 24/7 store connected to the hotel. All in all, we felt very well taken care of. We will definitely return.
