Everything was superb, hospitality, atmosphere, staff, specially Mr Ahmed hassan(reception), very decent and welcoming, Mr mohamed (house keeping A8) Food variety was acceptable, aquapark was good (but needs more guards to operate all slides at same time) VR included with free tickets was fun for the kids Animation was good too

I loved the interior of the hotel so much, it is a home of a family and they turned it into a boutique hotel. They've put amazing details of interior that shows a lot of love and care towards the place and the visitors. They have names for each room and they've perserved the orginial building and its style and the wooden stairs and doors. I felt like I've changed the time and the location and the country. A real travel in time and place. The amount of details can keep you excited for more than a couple of days and it makes you excited to wake up in the morning. To be honest I've never seen something like this before in Egypt. Even the breakfast, they serve a different Egyptian breakfast every day which is super nice and considerate of them. They help you with any questions you have and make sure that you get where you want and come back safe :) They make Quseer accessible, knowing that its not a touristic city by default on the contrary.. receiving this hospitality makes me want to go back again for a longer period. Specially that Quseer has amazing streets and water activities and you can even cycle for long distances :) which makes it a real hidden Gem. On and they leave you a handmade Eygptian soap bar made of olive oil in your room :))

We loved our time here! Karam made us feel very welcomed and comfortable, he quickly helped us with all of our needs during our stay, including calling taxis for us. The apartment is fully stocked with quality items, including a water cooler and kitchen items that make you feel at home. The beds are comfortable and the rooms quite. We are traveling full time and it means so much to feel at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    dolphin continental is an exceptional hotel the hotel staff is friendly, helpfulness and polite, fitness center is well equipped, the room was very clean and quite and it has an amazing view, a good wifi connection, and in general the food was excellent, the well noted thing all over the hotel especially the room is the cleanliness, every spot is well clean, a good location, near to the downtown and offers parking for free
