I really liked the atmosphere and cleanliness of the property. They offer a variety of room types to suit different preferences. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there the rooftop view is absolutely stunning, offering a full panoramic view of the pyramids. I enjoyed my stay at the Pyramid Desert Gate Hotel for the great staff because they were friendly and informative going the extra mile to help with all your needs. The rooms were spacious, and clean. The breakfast was tasty. If I needed airport pick up or a ride anywhere a driver was always ready and with better prices than others. The hotel has a fantastic rooftop terrace where you can relax w a view of the Pyramids! Because of my experience with the hotel, I will definitely come back. Best hotel in Cairo!

The owner Mr Islam - he is exceptionally enthusiastic about the guest's comfort. Upon my arrival after a tiring day, the moment he heard that I skipped lunch, he cooked a nice Egyptian meal for me. Throughout the rest of my stay, he was always personally welcoming me back after a day of sightseeing - this genuinely felt like home away from home. He also cooked a nice Egyptian breakfast on the last day. My room had a magnificent view of the pyramids and also from rooftop - all the pyramids were visible. One doesn't need to pay for the light and sound show, the whole laser show is visible from the rooftop restaurant. Overall a stay to remember forever!

Great hotel. Everything was nice. I would surely choose it again next time we visit . Perfect location,and view. The staff were all very friendly, nice and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, Airport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Love the terrace just in front of Pyramids. It is stunning. On the other hand, rooms are quite spacious, bathrooms also. Service is impressive, they really care about your stay and anything you need. Breakfast is fine (maybe not the best) but you can have it seeing the 5.000 years old the most impressive jewels of architecture, so, it is quite good at the end.

Everything is perfect in this hotel, from staff, amenities, rooms, food, you name it—all are 5 stars rated. Staff are very friendly, from reception to butlers. Receptionists Kero, Madonna, Mahmoud, and Jailan. Moustafa from the staff is also very helpful. I can't say more than it was a very stunning experience.
