We recently stayed at this beautiful resort, and it was truly a memorable experience. The resort itself is stunning, with so much to explore, and the variety of restaurants offers something for everyone. A special highlight was the Mediterranean restaurant, where the chef made the best feteer I've ever tasted. Each meal was a delight, and the staff there went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially with our toddler. I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Haytham, who checked in with us twice a day to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. He deserves to be called the resort’s superhero! Additionally, Mr. Shehata was always around, ensuring that everything in the resort and the restaurants was running smoothly, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire team was incredibly honest, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. This level of service and warmth made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a fantastic resort getaway!

The food was good and changed reguarly. There was always something fresh. The drinks were also good and had a lot of variety. We made friends with all the staff. At reception, we were immediately treated like royalty and were accomodated on all fronts. It is to be noted that this is a resort with a lot of Italians, and so a lot of the entertainment is catered to that audience, not a deal breaker what so ever, simply good to know going in. Although a separate company, the diving centre on the resort was amazing (thanks Abdo and Gamal). The coral reef near the beach is a very nice one so easy to get to, though the dives offered THE best experiences, including swimming with wild dolphins !

The accommodation was truly stunning. We got upgraded to a premium room and the room was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a large TV and great WiFi. (The TV didn’t connect to the internet properly for apps but we just watched the channels). The shower was a huge rain shower. There was a terrace which had lovely views of the sunrise. The food selection in the restaurants was amazing. The drinks and the cocktails were also great. There were 10 or so pools which were all great. The beach was also lovely and there was an area for snorkelling. The hotel is not quite finished so not everything was open yet, but what’s open already was more than fine. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived it was just before the end of lunchtime, and they took us straight to one of the restaurants on a golf cart so that we could eat before we got to our room. We got food poisoning shortly after arriving here (not sure from where) but the staff arranged free transfer to the next resort over where we went to the doctor and the driver waited for us for almost two hours when we were receiving care. (I think there will be a clinic on site but this hadn’t opened yet)

Everything was amazing. Pools are very relaxing, with a good bar. There is also a big jacuzzi . Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

After being absolutely displeased with typical all inclusive resorts in Egypt, we found Wadi and words can't describe how peaceful and pleasurable it was to arrive in the modern hotel, same and even better that you expect in Europe. Désigne is absolutely beautiful hotel is almost part of desert environment around, it's quite, peaceful, nobody disturbs you trying selling you stuff, really it was amazing. After eating Resort food several days... their food comparing to others tastes home made, fresh and absolutely tasty. For snorkeling: there is jety down you can experience incredible snorkeling with very deep waters. Stuff members are very polite and helpful. Pool guy chiko is very good fellow who helped us with everything. After all this big resorts it was definitely fresh air.

We stayed here for one week and had an incredible time. We came from New York, and have traveled to many many different resorts all over the world including the Carribean, and Europe. This resort was really beautiful and service was amazing. We really enjoyed the food but the buffet options were top notch. Special shoutout to Mohamed Ousha from the Anchor restaurant. He was attentive, polite, had a great sense of humor and continuously checked in on us. Also Sherif (Luxor) from the Coral Restaurant. He provided a great service and was really kind and wonderful. Shoutout to the entertainment team they were really great. My kids really loved Khalid, Alex and Ameera for their positive attitudes. The rooms were spotless and the hotel was immaculate and kept clean throughout the entire time. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to have a relaxing time with wonderful service and great food.
