Pre-check in didn't work either time, so we had to ring for the door and garage codes. The second time we stayed they sent us the same codes as the first time, and they didn't work so we had to ring again. We also had to ring to get the car back out of the garage!! That said, they answered the phone promptly and helped us out immediately. Very good staff, but not so 'smart' hotel! The room was good - clean, comfortable and warm - very good value for the price, but the area it's in isn't so nice.

Alda Route 42 is located on the A-42 motorway in Illescas, less than 5 minutes' drive from the city center. The hotel offers free WiFi, a snack bar and a fitness center.
