The property is stunning, super well taken care of. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. The house itself is spacious, well decorated and the attention to detail is noticeable. Great, spacious bed with linen sheets! The owners are great hostesses and the dogs only add to that!

Amazing place, really taken care of, and great hosts

Each corner of this beautiful little chateau holds some treasure or other. Each room has its own theme represented in the art and literature placed there. It is set in a truly picturesque location in the village of Ortaffa at the foot of the Pyrenees. Alain and Michelle are superb hosts and breakfast is delightful, featuring local bread and croissants and homemade jams and yogurt. They also offer excellent advice for local sightseeing, beaches, museums, restaurants.

Old house from 17th century, the owner, Mr Louis, extremely nice person, transformed the house into "military museum" the guests need days to explore all the objects collected and exposed. I was like a kid in a toy store. Big rooms, very comfortable bed, very good breakfast.

From check-in to check-out and in between the apero at the bar, the dinner at the restaurant was really good. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms well cleaned and comfortables.

Air conditioning was great. The balcony was nice to sit in the evening. Good parking.
