They use all local produce. Dinner was excellent too. It's a lovely space to relax, and a nice garden with chickens and a rabbit. We have stayed here a couple of times for a stopover with our dog. Easy to get into Angouleme old town. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Great for dogs as has a massive field for them to run in. Really friendly and helpful staff.
