The apartment was very conveniently located by a metro station and the secured parking spot fit a medium sized SUV just fine with a little careful maneuvering; much easier than trying to drive/park within the city of Paris. It is clean and nicely sized especially for France. Steve was very easy to communicate with especially when we had trouble accessing the apartment as well as when we asked for a great recommendation to eat ( Table 12 which is right next door to the building-very yummy bistro).

Its a little on the outskirt of Paris City Center but the hotel is clean, about 3 min walk from the Metro. This makes the location convenient. The staff were amazing! Very friendly and quick to help us with whatever we need. The breakfast was good, I was not expecting hot breakfast like bacon, sausage, and scrambled egg, but they have them. They have really good selections of brread and pastries. ( better than the ones we bought from a nearby boulangerie.) The cheeses, jams and butter were good too! We had a nice stay!

Lovely quiet area, felt really safe around the apartment. A shop, patisserie and park really close by. Had many great public transport options into Paris center nearby. Trains and metro were much more reliable than the busses as there was roadworks nearby. Good facilities in the room, good kitchenette with all the utensils and pots needed to cook a good meal. Very comfy bed and loved the pillows! Nice and quiet in the room, and the hotel apartments seemed basically empty! We only saw a handful of other guests. We slept with the window open as it was warm weather and no aircon, but the area was so quiet we still had peace. you could only slightly hear the sounds of the trains running nearby, but it didn't disturb us at all. They let us check in early at 12 instead of 3 when we arrived. And we left our bags on the last day after checking out as we had a later flight.
