Easy access and parking, nice touches re food and amentiies. Enjoyed my stay, though didn't meet the hosts as with other places I have used it was not a problem. Everything was available and if need help, I knew where I could go.

We had a great mini break in this quirky accommodation . The hosts were so friendly and helpful ! There was a garden space we could sit in and lots of useful items we could take to the beach . The allocated parking space certainly helps in the middle of Braunton ! The Pigsty is small but has everything you need for a break . Having a few essentials in the fridge was a nice touch 👍. I highly recommend this little gem .

Contemporary one bed studio. Sea views and parking is located in Westward Ho, just 2.5 miles from Lundy Island and 2.6 miles from St Marys.

The No. 22 B&B is truly an excellent luxury boutique property. Jane and Ivan are outstanding hosts. We were their guests for four nights in July 2026. The rooms are large and very well appointed, ours “Pimpernel” had a large sitting room, separate bed alcove and an amazing luxury bathroom. While there is no air conditioning the provided fan kept us comfortable even during the recent heat wave. The street is quiet and Jane secured a parking pass for us, we easily found convenient parking each day. Breakfast was cooked to order and consistently excellent, eggs Florintine and pancakes with fruit and yogurt were standouts. Interestingly the pancakes were very similar to crepes which I especially enjoyed. Jane provided excellent, candid reviews of local restaurants and activities, I really appreciate folks who provide clear and honest feedback like she does. If you are still reading this review I hope that you have a sense of how much we enjoyed our stay
