Hard not to like. Clean, amazing views and great spa.

Very friendly and welcoming owners. Comfy beds with a fully stocked tea tray and bottle of drinking water was very much appreciated. Lovely en suite room.

Tommy was wonderful! Super helpful on how to get around and find taxis for the wedding I was attending. The location was an easy walk to the main part of town, parking was available, the shower was hot, the room spacious, and the bed was comfortable; it was exactly what I needed for a few days. It was spacious, well equipped, beautiful views & the location was totally perfect : walking into Braunton for shopping and very close to Ashbarton Estate, where we were attending a wedding. All ideal!

Just perfect. You will not find an apartment or hotel at this level. What is good about the apartment: 1. A very spacious apartment. 2. There is simply everything in the apartment: washing machine,Clothes Dryer, laundry materials, refrigerator, stove, pots, plates, cutlery, free food in the refrigerator, free cornflakes of several types, Iron, several types of free coffee, eggs fruits butter orange juice and milk. 3. There are many sockets in the apartment, including USB sockets . 4. There are many cupboards, storage space and shelves. 5. A huge simple shower with all kinds of soaps. 6. Strong internet with mesh networking 7. Lots of free parking super pampering apartment and highly recommended. We will definitely come back here again.

Just a great stay with some great hosts who attended to all of our needs. Our bedroom was really comfortable and well appointed with a great view. The shower was hot and invigorating, especially after we’ve been doing a long walk. At the end of our stay, didn’t wanna leave! We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

So well equipped with more than everything you could need! Games, info, biscuits, milk, tea... It was endless. We've never been to a place that is so thoughtful. Genuinely the best stay we've had.

Excellent cottage, well located for Braunton and Croyde,and other beaches. The home was very clean, very well equipped, well laid out and everything we needed. Accommodating host and easy to check in with the keys and out again. Would definitely recommend.

Great location for a wedding at the Ash Barton Estate, which is a 7 minute drive. The village is a 5 minute walk away with a pub 2 minutes away.

Perfect little cabin adjacent to the super-friendly owner’s house. Ideal for a SWCP walker as it’s moments away from Tesco and a fairly short stroll into the town center. Perfect place to rest for a night, though the loft bed may not work for all fitness levels !

The surroundings and the ambience of the building were superb. We particularly likes the wild fowel enclosure and gardens.

Nice clean room,tea, coffee and bus biscuits in room. Great food selection in bar at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff and a great Landlord. Bus stop outside easy to get to from Barnstaple.
